S325 series SLC SSD features 64/128GB capacity,S325 120GB adopts SandForce SF-2281 controller and Intel 25nm
SLC  flash memory (29F16B16NCNE1) with 16GB capacity for each chip, it’s Intel’s most high end SLC flash memory.
Single Level Cell NAND flash is usually rated at 100,000 program/erase cycles, 33x more than most 2xnm consumer/
commercial grade flash is rated for. SLC also has lower bit error rates and lower latency, two highly desirable attributes.

Performance is listed at 560MB/s read and 520MB/s write with 85,000 IOPS at 4k aligned random write disk transfer 
and there is a five year limited warranty.
