M234series MLC SSD is available in capacities of 60,120,240GB in the 2.5” form factor. It has a SATA II interface
for better performance and versatility. It delivers 246MB/s sequential read, and 240MB/s in sequential write, and
up to 4,300 random read IOPS and 1,800 random write IOPS,also offers low power consumption, high shock
and vibration resistance among other benefits.


M234 series 120GB utilizes SandForce SF-1222 SATAII processor and 8 modules of Intel 34nm synchronous
NAND flash memory(29F16B08JAMDB), eight on each side of the board.
